As an academy, Callowell School is also required to publish an annual report, annual audited accounts, a memorandum of association, articles of association, names of charity trustees and members and a funding agreement. In July 2022 Callowell l became a member of the Cotswold Beacon Academy Trust and ceased to publish separate documents. All schools are required to have a clear set of policies and procedures.
